It does the job perfectly but is not quite the perfect fit I thought it was going to be by the description given.

maybe a bad purchase on my part, no real way to fix it without additional DIY to a safety hat. I went with sticky back velcro, but not great

I wouldn't bother

Very soft and absorbent like a sanitary towel taped to your hard hat but a lot smaller but would recommend both 👍👍
