Been taking these capsules for my hair and skin and after a few days I generally feel like these are the real deal. Make sure you get hydrolysed collagen from marine, as this is absorbed better. Also nice that these contain vitamins and herbal extracts. Definitely Will buy again!

I don't feel any different but then only been taking theses 2wks,not very easy to swollow at all so I open capsule and empty contents into shakes, meals, ectect. Don't think I'll be ordering again.

Have been using it only for a few weeks and I'm still waiting for the results but can see already that my skin got better.

Have completed these and sadly made no difference to pain or condition of nails or nails or skin! Waste of money
