Suitcase Singlefold Portable Ramp with an Applied Slip-Resistant Surface, 2 Foot

My husband is rehabbing and mostly using a wheelchair just now. We have several steps up to our front door, and a stepdown into the livingroom which makes getting in and out very challenging. This is a perfect ramp for our needs. Great that it folds up and can easily be carried.

I'm using two of these ramps on my front steps and front door. It makes it easier to move boxes and furniture on a cart out of the house. I just need to be careful because it is slightly steep. It is so nice to make fewer trips to the car when moving boxes. Instead of making one trip for one box (carrying it out by hand), I can use a cart to move 4 to 6 boxes at a time.

It's not super durable; I used it once to move a piece of furniture well under the weight limit and the grippy tred ripped off. It also seems pretty unsturdy, there are anchor holes but the point of getting a folding ramp is portability, so I can't be drilling holes to secure the top of the ramp whenever I need it. I'm also surprised it doesn't seem to "lock" when opened, it's just floppy sharp metal so you have to be careful. Lastly, the box it came in said in bold that you were responsible for verifying it wasn't broken before accepting the delivery. That would be fine, if it hadn't been left at my door while I was at work to find later, so no chance to inspect. All that said, the carrying handles/fold away does what I needed for quick storage, and at the end of the day it is indeed just a ramp and gets the job done.

I already have a beautiful outdoor handmade ramp. However I have 2 2" thresholds into the house and another 8" step from den into kitchen. I am a caregiver and when my sister has difficulty walking I need to use the wheelchair in the house. This ramp makes things so much easier for both she & I. It is so easy to use and not too heavy. I can fold it up & stand it in the breezeway on days when I do not need it. It has helped my back tremondously!!I looked at several websites- found the EXACT same ramp elsewhere- much more expensive.Best thing I ever did for myself

This product was very useful in the moving of a piano over a threshold. I haft used other products before and to date, they were insufficient. This product was just what we needed to complete the job. Kudos to the manufacture. I intend to purchase other products manufactured by them.
