I’m 140 and 5” 2. I ordered a medium. It was snug and not very flattering

Q: What is the measurement of an XL from neck to hem in the back?

My dress is a large it measures 41 inches long from back of dress from hem to neckline. I am five three and a half and the dress hits about 3 or 4 inches below my knee. The dress is true to fit.

Q: Does it shrink in the dryer? I’m in between sizes and don’t know if I should size up and just wash and dry...?

Wash it in cold water then take it out and hang it up to dry this way you won't be taking any chances... it's made in China so ?
