I saw a video.
I watched a video where the chef used a hook to skin his ribs. I had never seen this tool before, and it looked too easy to use.This is THE tool for skinning ribs. I wish I had it 40 years ago, but oh well, I have it now.

Awesome product!
Love this! I used to work at a Beef slaughter house back when I was a kid. We used these . They are heavy duty and last forever. I use mine for skinning deer when I go hunting. Keeps my hands safe away from the knife as Iām cutting.
