I lovvvveeee this
I saw this on YouTube recommended by a Dr as a great sugar substitute for pre-diabetes patients and decided to give it a try. I love the taste and it blends well with my morning tea, I think it has helped me drop a few pds YAY! Only wish it was a bigger size!!!

Great substitue
Yacon syrup is a great substitute for molasses in baking. Using this, I made terrific sugar free gingersnaps!

Label Misleading | Good flavor
The media could not be loaded. My favorites sweeteners are (in this order)1. Sugar Cane2. Honey3. YaconI do not like stevia, aspartame, canderel, monk fruit or all the others. This one is delicious and is low calories. But this one has 2 problems:1. No easy way to claim damaged item. From 2 that I got one was broken (bottle is glass) and I had to chat with Amazon to get a refund but no answer from seller.2. Label claims that 1 tbsp has 10 calories but in general consensus the figure is about 15 calories. Now, keep in mind that Yacon is Yacon, so is not like this brand will have less calories than other. Same than sugar: does not matter the brand, as long is same type, you expect same calories regardless brand.

Ugh! This stuff tastes terrible
I use the Nature Botanicals (NB) Yacon syrup but Amazon is intermittently and often out of it so I decided to try this brand. It is so ugly, I dumped the bottle into my well and was able to pump ugly for weeks! Unlike the NB one, this even looks terrible - like baby poop in my oatmeal and it smells awful too! It claims it has only 2 grams of sugar per teaspoon vs 3 for the NB but the difference in sweetness is also notable - there is nothing in this stuff but ugly! It says it's organic but what organ does it come from? I put some walnuts in my oatmeal and the walnut pieces just jumped out.

Yum Syrup
I was skeptical but I was wrong! This is excellent for Keto or THM. Works well for the sugar free person. I will buy this again.

Don't like it!
Only 2 gm sugar which means I need 2tsps, which I'm not happy about since it's more expensive. I prefer the 3g sugar. I use it in my coffee. Won't purchase it again. It's too watered down.

My first time of using the product; liked 👍it.
Sweetener alternative. Pourable dispenser like bottle instead of a jar when traveling with it.

Bitter
Bitter aftertaste. Can only use this in food but not pleasant in drinks. I'll stick to a couple other brands I know and love
