I take my 4 1/2 month old puppy for several walks on gravel paths and I started noticing that he was getting uncomfortable. Upon looking at his paw pads, they seemed dry and slightly cracked. So of course I went directly to amazon to see what they had!I bought this specific one because it was all natural (he puts absolutely everything in his mouth so I figured his paws would be no exception), and I also liked the fact that it was a liquid instead of a balm.Today after our walk to the mailbox, I put what we received in our shipment on his paws and he LOVED it. I figured he would run away after one paw application, but he actually jumped on me for more! I rubbed the liquid in all four paws and he seemed so happy. They are already nice and black and smooth..I do not see any dryness or cracks.I recommend this highly to all that have a pup with dry/cracked paws.

Update: I have been using this almost daily and my dogs hyperkeratosis is almost completely gone. Before her pads were so sore she would barely walk on our walks, and now they are almost back to normal and she is walking again! This stuff really is fantastic.My dog HATES having her paws touched, especially when they are dry and sore. My doggie has hyperkeratosis and anyone that knows about this knows how painful it is for them. So when it comes to trying to moisturize them, I needed a more liquid like serum, not the waxy kind. The wax ones require a lot of rubbing to cover the pads and that just won’t work for her. This perfectly drips, runs, and I can dab it around her pad. I’ve used it for the past two nights and already they look and feel better. Get it, you won’t regret it.

My Senior Pom has been showing age signs on her paw pads. Just normal aging. But this after applied makes her pads soft and she walks better. She is not on hot pavement but I have noticed just in walking in the house she is walking better and getting a good grip. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 star is I feel some reusable application pads should be included. I find it difficult to find proper material to apply it. Paper products do not work well. Cloths are needed that can be hand washed so oil does not go in my washer.

I have been using this on my dog's paws every 2 to 3 days. Although she always licks her feet after, there is a noticeable difference on her pads within an hour. She gets really dry/cracked pads, and this is the first product I have found that gives me immediate results. It is a gel-like consistency, so I just put a small amount in my hand and then put her paw down into it. It spreads really well and doesn't hurt her at all when it is being applied. I like it better than waxes I have used in the past. I will definitely be buying more.

Results are good it is just hard to apply as sort of thick and comes out all at once. Dogs love it.
