its good once I got it set up but out of the box needed connecting to my laptop to set a static IP before it would update and come online bit too much of a faff if you have no idea what your doing

Had some problems updating the software before it would work, but customer support very responsive and works fine. Good picture quality at the price

i set up my camera yesterday, clicked firmware upgrade, which was a huge mistake, the update failed, and now the camera isn't working, can't do factory reset and won't be found in any wired/wireless networks, no matter what i tried. i read about this issue on tp link forums and there's no way around it, the thing is just e piece of useless plastic now.

Product meets expectations, easy to install and running smoothly so far

could not make it work on an up to date windows 10 computer. far to complicated.!
