Q: Will these be warm during winter?

LOL. they wont last a week in the snow. they didnt last me two weeks in the summer. they are cheap and the soles fall off. but no, they are not insulated or water proff and your feet will be very cold with out heavy socks

I am gonna say no, but depends on how you walk. They are a standard rubber bottom with ridges. Not like a "skid resistant" specific made boot. They do tend to slide pretty easily on smooth/flat surfaces.

Q: Are the fully fur lined?

yes they are I bought tuem for my brother and he enjoys them very much
