A reasonable game for the first few minutes, then the error messages start appearing and customer service from the software house / distributors starts disappearing. Some old rubbish about rendering device lost. Absolutely unforgivable for an online collaboration game because when it crashes, the server thinks you deliberately left the game for your own reasons and scores that against you... treating it like you were sulking, rather than the software crashing. I asked the customer support dept if they would accept the windows/pc version back with all original packaging etc and send me the far less buggy Xbox version. They flatly refused. With some old logistic small print about how they don’t keep any copies of the games there in their office (I bet they could ask some other associate of theirs to send a copy out though...). This experience would put me off buying any software from this software house/distributor ever again.

Fantastic art on the case, game is loads of fun.It's only online but there are a variety of game modes: quick play, arcade, ranked and custom browser. Quick play is relaxed and fun, arcade brings new life and changes up what you're use to which changes daily, ranked is for more serious play and custom includes community created types like hide and seek and one shot kill (think zombies from old halo2).Loot boxes were a bit of a turn off but after learning that they are purely cosmetic it's perfectly fine. I got this with my friend and we're having loads of fun.

The same license problem as another person has written. Go to submit licence and gives you cancel or purchase. Try and contact Blizzard - they never ring you back and yet I'm told the issue is easily fixed. So disappointed!

Came over a week before estimated. Came with dvd and code to activate on battle.net. Overall a fun game!
