The Gigaset DA410 is the among the most overrated, expensive & under-spex landline phone available. The pictures given in the product spex seemed to indicate a LCD screen and a host of other technical features, which are simply non-existent. The write up also said German make, whereas the product is simply made in China.I had ordered 2 phones at the same time, under the same order. Upon receipt we realised that the phone is not as per our requirement, so we tried to return the same. Amazon accepted return of one phone, but for the 2nd phone we were told that the time limitation within which the item could be returned is over. This was strange logic.
