Amazing, love our little robot helper.
Great product that has reduced the housework by 50%. It’s quite thorough and seems to cover most areas several times. The only criticism is that the mop function is low pressure so doesn’t remove heavily stained areas on the floor. It’s not surprising though as it is quite a dinky little thing.

I highly recommend it. It is strong and can be manageable easily. Sometimes it follows strange route to reach to targetted area but overall is good.

Very excellent and smart
I am so happy from the performance, very good cleaning at al conditions, smart object detector ,no noise , application is so helpful . I will purchase a send one for my second levelfloor.Highly recommendation , price is good compRedto quality.Thank you very much ecovacs .

Good product but the worst after service experince ever
The delivery was great, product function well at the first year, but once the warranty finished and product got issue, good luck in contacting the ECOVACS team. Is taking 3 Weeks just for the them to guide me on how to repair my machine. My recommending is better to go for a brand that has local repair center here - as ECOVAS don’t service you, and even if the product still under warranty - I can imagine the months delay in repairing or replacing.

Cleaning and dust collection
The device is good for the cleaning and the added feature of disposal of dust to the container is very handy as you don't have to clean the device everyday . The mopping function is not effective

Stopped working
My ecovacs T8+ stopped working after 3 months of operation.

I like that it vacuums and mops ...a perfect gift even.

So far so good
It does a good job cleaning the floors (vacuuming, I didn't try the mopping yet)It's amazing how it does the job then it goes back to empty the bin and charge itself.I took one star out because of its size. This robot is wider than expected, it doesn't fit everywhere and cannot move around my dining chairs,, I didn't expect this to be an issue prior to purchasing, but now I wish I had got a smaller machine
