I love this brand. I'm somewhat a beginner, but I know what works well for me. Ive tried others but I just love the texture and how it hold the washes. Best for what I do.

I’ve been using cheaper paper for practice. Most of the artists giving tutorials suggest this paper. Since I decided to paint my greeting cards, I purchased this paper. The quality is fantastic. The colors are more vibrant and blend perfectly. Correction is much easier. Use a wet, clean brush and the mistake erases. Great size as I can get 4 cards from 1 sheet of paper. Is it a little pricey? Yes. But considering a store bought greeting card is $5+, it’s worth it.

Nice product! I may consider using this instead of another high quality paper I use. Will be using this weekend. It seems to have a very nice texture to it.

Best paper for watercolor on the market in my opinion.

The ability to make corrections or change directions on a piece that you've already worked for several hours is the one factor that justifies this brand's unusually high price per sheet. All premium papers do a fine job of holding water, resisting warping and pilling, and accepting paint in any consistency, but Arches papers allow one to partially remove mistakes just a bit more easily than less expensive alternatives.

Of course it's great...it's Arches! What more does anyone need to know? Pricey, though.
