Quite the longevity
2700 k - no blue spectrum issues. If you have babies and infants around, their eyes are easily damaged by the blue spectrum in led light.Specifically regarding these Cree bulbs - yes, they cost slightly more than some others, but I've used these for years in apartments and apartment hallways, and they just outlast every other brand I've tried. Once in awhile I get one that has trouble in a fixture after awhile, but that's rare. Overall, I save a lot of money buying the Crees, because I just don't have to replace them nearly as often as with other brands. In the case of Cree led bulbs, you do get what you pay for.

Very highly Recommend. Great natural looking light
Thrilled to be able to find these on Amazon. We had bought these awhile back and they cost us considerably more. They paid for themselves the 1st month. We had replaced every lightbulb in a house with these & we will be buying more

Have Cree LED? Buy these before they are gone!
My whole house is Cree LED. Fantastic product. Cree is shifting its focus to other semiconductor applications so its lighting LED product line is no more from what I understand. I just bought a bunch to match what I have if ever I burn out a bulb. Slightly more expensive since its the law of supply (diminishing) and demand. Some of the bulb styles and color ratings (2700K, 5000K, etc) are already gone. Yes, there are plenty of other brands across all potential applications and styles but they are not Cree. I am now good for another decade or two. Buy now or forever hold your peace.

So far so good
I bought these because Cree has a reputation for quality. I have had bad luck with LED bulbs from other brands - seemingly dying much more quickly than incandescent bulbs. But so far these Cree bulbs seem to merit the reputation. Quality seems to be unusually important for LED bulbs. I’ve had so many other brand bulbs go out quickly, or change their light (usually going orangy), that I purposely looked up the strongest bulb according to reputation for quality. That seems to be Cree in a year I may move up my 4 stars to 5, but better not count your chickens before they’re hatched . . .
