The Trivia Challenge: 300 Fun Questions and Facts For Kids and Family

This book may be marketed for kids, but I can honestly say that as a high school teacher in my forties, there were nuggets of trivia in the book that even I was pleasantly surprised to learn. I love the format that provides developed answer keys to the trivia questions, rather than just the one word answer or phrase, as it makes the experience truly one of learning. The blend of academic and 'fun' focused questions were also highly appealing, (as were the illustrations). I could see the content of the book being used for legitimate assessment of kids as well, and not just for fun; especially in the homeschool community where some of the trivia content could be taught as curriculum. I loved it!

A lovely book to inform, educate, entertain and amuse young children, even as it contains remarkable questions to engage with the kids in a family. Spread over 10 chapters, I tried asking a majority of the questions on a few kids and they loved answering it. Was a wonderful session to keep the kids hooked onto something intelligent and fun as well as enhance their development and growth. The questions in chapters - Animals, outer space, famous people in history, and places around the world was of particular interest to the kids. Highly recommended.

Our family enjoys doing trivia type games and questions so this book was a hit for all of us. It's family friendly and even has some simple graphics inside the book. It's really great for the whole family; especially if you enjoy trivia questions as we do. The questions are challenging, yet fun at the same time. It's a fun way to improve logical thinking skills and since we homeschool this is a huge plus!

Our family likes the question-and-answer format books.We have many such books, but this one has become our favorite book for the whole family. The book contains many interesting facts about people, geography, history, animals. The Trivia Challengehelps you be the smart child at any social gathering.

Just a wonderful book! It has a huge number of very diverse questions. We have this book in the glove compartment of the car, because it accompanies us on long trips, helps to have fun and usefully spend time on the road and especially in traffic jams. Questions are not easy, sometimes even adults think. And most importantly everyone has fun, the mood rises, and time flies by, not to mention the benefits and broadening of children's horizons.

I've bought several kid's books from this publisher and I have to say, they've really stepped in up a notch with this latest one.My kids enjoyed the other ones but the content, jokes, and questions I believe are just better quality.The graphics and design are incredible and I'm excited to throw this one in our kiddos' stockings this year.

This is a fun trivial book for kids. It's clearly designed to be educational, as the trivia questions are interesting facts about animals and outer space and geography and biology. That's so much better than traditional trivia about silly and unimportant things like celebrities. The book has questions and answers on different pages so you can use it alone or with friends.

I bought this book to have a fun activity night with my nephew. Each chapter has different theme along with cool illustration. Some of the questions were well written and I had to think about it for second. We had a great time and the time passed quickly. Recommend this book if you want to have a great Trivia night at home!

This book was on my coffee table, and a family member who doesn't normally read much -- picked it up and started flicking through it. They enjoyed it so much, they asked if they could borrow it to take it home to read. I consider that the best endorsement a book could have! It is beautifully put together. Really varied questions that are fun and interesting. You can guarantee you will learn something you didn't previously know from reading this book! Great value for money. I'm thrilled with this book!

Bought this for a ten years girl and she absolutely loves it. Because in this pandemic I thought this was a good idea to introduce her to something different. Turns out it was the perfect gift, according to her mom it gives her a great tool to interact with the family as well as a learning tool.

This is a great book for the age level I was looking for. We read this as a family and we have fun reviewing the answers. Many are obvious, but the 6 and 7 year old children also take part.
