Q: Many brands have "6 inch" wheel that is 6.5 inches. Is this one 6", or is it also 6.5? I have the big one and like it, want small options

Q: Does this help upper neck?

It does help the neck by helping to get the whole spine in better alignment. Due to our lifestyles of sitting and screen time we lose alignment and flexibility in our thoracic spine which we compensate for with tight muscles. I've found a huge difference by using the wheels daily for a couple months but I still have a ways to go. My pain from the base of my skull to my right shoulder blade is significantly improved.

Q: How do these compare to chirp wheels?
