I have to admit, I was a little taken aback to see how thin and light these hats are, but when I put one on and fitted it, it felt good and looked good. I've been wearing military style caps for years, and the heavier guage fabric can be hot and sweaty in the heat of summer. These hats feel light and comfortable. I can't speak to the durability, but for the price, I don't care if they turn out to be somewhat disposable. I burn through hats as it is. I spend a lot of time in the sun and they get sun-bleached and nasty-looking after a few months anyway. I feel much better throwing away a $6 hat than one that cost $15 - $20. Not sure what all the negative reviewers were expecting for six bucks.By the way, for all the people who were complaining about the strap hanging loose; just tuck it into the opening where the other strap comes out. It takes less than 10 seconds of your time... Certainly less time than it took to complain about it.

Item was to small

I needed hats for a class play. I bought these to use as soldiers' hats and I pinned or hot glued items on the brow to signify the type of soldier, i.e. Union officer, French military, etc. They worked wonderfully and are well made hats!

I wanted a slightly taller hat like the LIDS version BUT for the money they’re pretty good. I just wanted something different to a base ball cap. I’d also add a camo version to the set replacing one of the others I’d have chosen that optio

I personally don’t like this cap style but my bf wanted them. They are well made but I think the quality of the fabric is very thin and also looks cheap ( I mean they are, right?)

I liked the product at first. Great fit, and fast delivery. However they weren't of the best the quality. I expected that thoug, considering the low price. What I didn't expect however, is for them to completely rip apart in several places after washing them , on gental cycle in a pillow case. So, good product, but take them to the dry cleaners.
