Not so good: necessity of using fingertips to retrieve a crumpet, even when pressing the slider. (not for single-handed people then) Sliders feel strangely weak. Crumpets (again!) set on 7 (max) then 1.5 ish just before serving to crispen it up: so doesn't cook fully straight away.Good: looks great. Cooks evenly.Once you figure out how to use it, the toaster is fine.

Given it 4 stars as it arrived with a couple of paint chips. Toaster works well.

The colour and style.

Love the fact that this toaster will allow bread to be toasted from either left or right so useful for 1 or 3 slices. Such a useful addition. Good packaging all recyclable. Stylish good toaster.

Happy with my purchase, come little bit damage

Only thing wrong is plug cord a bit short

Lets be honest, the only thing you want to know is….. does it fit a Warburtons Toastie (Orange packaging) slice.And yes, yes it does with room to spare. Admittedly you have to insert the bread on its long edge but they fit and toast all over fine.Other than that its a super toaster and you can use either pair of slots when you want. You don’t need to use the left ones for the right ones to work as some manufacturers do.A brilliant toaster that feels well made and the dials have a good resistance so wont be accidentally knocked out of position. The levers are strong and feel solid and the buttons light up and have a nice click when pressed.Cant really fault it!
