Most of soundbars are not good, but..
First I was surprised how wide is stereo image here, in movies it sounds very wide and realistic with that surround effects, I was always against soundbars because of the lack of wide stereo image, but this soundbar is out that list, it’s quite rich and clean wide sound, even without subwoofer module the bass was deep and strong enough for music and movies. The remote controller - is nice, material are quite good, but to many buttons and I wasn’t able to connect it with my Sony Bravia 4K on android, so remote control is useless I guess for some of the TVs there.

Impressive Sound, Stylish Design
I recently purchased the Bose Soundbar 700 and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The virtual surround sound creates an immersive audio experience, making movie nights at home feel like a trip to the theater. The sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my living room, and the compatibility with smart devices makes it a versatile addition to my entertainment setup. Although the setup process was a bit challenging initially, the payoff in terms of audio quality and smart features is well worth it.In conclusion, if you're looking for a soundbar that delivers premium audio and seamlessly integrates with your smart devices, the Bose Soundbar 700 is a top-notch choice.

Beautiful device, poor remote
The Bose 700 is as beautiful as it looks in all the reviews, and I am satisfied with the audio quality.Unfortunately the universal remote has produced inconsistent results - for example, sometimes it does allow me to control the volume setting, and most times not. Tonight it also mysteriously stopped working at all, and I am now back to my original Samsung TV remote......am presently trying to find further support on the Bose web site. All in all, I feel the product has been let down by the universal remote.

Don’t believe the hype
The sound quality, if you have nothing else to compare to, is just ok. Not particularly punchy with bass or having sound good separation. That means it’s a better home cinema experience than the speakers of your smart TV, but only just. Not aed3000 better mind, not even at half the price. For the UAE I could not recommend it because the two services that give it a sense of lounge room utility - Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are mysteriously absent despite being available on a plethora of other audio devices.I have a 2020 high end Sony TV with the Bose 700 connected via the dedicated eARC hdmi port. When using the TV remote to adjust volume, there is considerable lag between the length of time pressing for a slight uplift in loudness and the TV volume display jumping tens of places and the Bose suddenly at full noise. The Bose remote works better here though no indication of the level on screen. The remote has a “universal” function but the selective lighting turns off so quick it’s usefulness is lost as it returns to its default active buttons in all too short a time to be useful. As an aside, I connected a JBL Extreme Bluetooth speaker to my tv and was surprised that at half the price, it did a much better job at supplying the uplift in sound quality and removed any flakey remote control or operational nuance. And that’s when it hit home that the quality of experience on this elegant sound bar is far far below expectation and then lacking two of its major selling points, this a don’t buy recommendation. The app to setup is rather unresponsive and not intuitively layer out. The Bose took about 50mins to do a firmware update after advising it may take “up to” 20mins.
