These pans are just great. The look very expensive. They have a nice weight to them...not too light like aluminum and not to heavy like cast iron.The non-stick lining works really well. Can cook almost anything with very little additional grease. Makes them very easy to clean. Everything just wipes right out.This set of pans is a great buy for the price!

Being a widower, my cooking needs are small. This fry pan is just what I was looking for. It's well made. Looks to be long lasting. I can fry small steaks instead of broiling and the same for fish. It really shines as an omelet cooker. The cover helps control splatter and holds heat where it belongs. The bottom is thick so it takes a bit to warm up and on the flip side, it cools off slowly- I like that as I can better control the last few minutes of cooking. It's dream when it comes to clean up time. I just wipe up any grease with a paper towel, splash a bit of detergent, and add hot water. I usually can clean it with just my fingers. Rinse and dry and it's ready to go again. I'd give it more than five stars if I could.

I had the smaller version for quite some time, and it is still like new. Still non-stick, after daily use, and very sturdy. Super easy to clean. The pans don't warp, and are not that heavy. The handles stay cool, and are comfortable. I bought the medium and large sizes, so I have a matched set now.

I like these pans so much that after I tried one, I bought two more in different sizes, and when one finally became too scratched to use, I bought an exact replacement.The deep saucepan is exceptionally useful. It’s great for making recipes where you start by frying something in a pan, then add more ingredients until you have a soup or chili. The bottom is the size of a normal saucepan, giving you plenty of room to cook—so much better than trying to fry in a soup pot—and the sides are more than high enough to hold a soup recipe. It’s an unusual size of pan in the US, but after trying it, I’m surprised that it’s not more common.The non-stick surface is excellent. The one drawback is that it discolors after a while, developing a brownish stain from either heat or food, I’m not sure which. In my experience this is common with all pans, and it’s purely cosmetic. Don’t let it discourage you from buying these excellent pans. But maybe choose the black ones, not the white ones.

Don't hesitate to buy this cookware. Probably one of the best purchases I've made in recent years. I use this pan constantly and just bought a 2nd one. So why the 4 stars? I'm replacing the original pan after 2 years of almost daily use because there's a spot where the coating is missing inside the pan. I'm suspecting that the cause is using nylon utensils. I've never used metal anything in this pan. It's never been harshly scrubbed or left to soak for a long time in the sink. Yet it developed scratches and finally lost some skin. So, while I highly recommend Eslite Life cookware to anyone considering it - don't use anything but silicone utensils in it. The vendor really needs to make that suggestion more prominent. Nylon utensils are not that great anyway but this pan is awesome. Cooks even and does an excellent job at anything that doesn't need high heat. I have the whole set but the rest don't get used nearly as often. Armed with silicone utensils, I'll see if it remains scratch free. Not that I mind them, it still works like a charm... it's the not wanting to eat any type of non-stick coating I worry about. I love this pan so much I'd replace it again in a couple of years if it develops this much scratching again. but at least I'll know it isn't the utensils to blame.

These pans cook evenly and clean off easily. They heat up quicker than my old pans too. I like that they're non-stick without coating that is unhealthy and easily scratched. My only negative thing to say is they're not the easiest to assemble (I had an issue with the screws not seeming like they were the right size, but they were; just took some trial and error.), but they're still well worth buying, in my opinion.

I make my husband an omelette every morning. The pan I had been using for years, was scraped up and not doing the trick. I invested in this pan and I could not believe the quality. I don’t believe you even need any Pam spray when cooking with it. It is the perfect size for an omelette. And it wipes clean without any sticking whatsoever. Looks like it’s ready to use right after you slide the eggs off. Top quality I recommend to anyone I would like to have a whole set of these pans. And it’s a good looking pan as well.

I liked the looks of these pans (especially the wooden handle). I bought one a couple of years ago. Nothing sticks to it and it is easy cleanup. I liked it so much, I bought a small one for my daughter-in-law, who has all the big name brand pots and pans. She loved it. She told me she may buy a bigger one. I asked her to let me get her a set for her birthday. so I bought this one. She will love it.

These are by far (so far) the best set of pans. Not only do they look nice- you don’t even need butter or oil in the pan! I’ve left stuff in pan over night and stuff wasn’t even stuck to the pan the next morning… just rinsed- or wiped off right away. Would recommend these pans to anyone looking for good non stick pans.

Los acabo de empezar a usar. Hasta ahora todo muy bien y el antiadherente es muy bueno. Los compré para usarlos también en mi parrilla de inducción, ya que son de acero inoxidable; funcionan con varias fuentes de calor. Hay que tener un poco de paciencia y cuidado para hacer el "montaje" de el asa, además de tener el destornillador correspondiente a la mano para fijarlas.

In the past, I've purchased cheaper no stick pans only to find them warping from the heat or easily scratched. I've only had this pan one week but can already tell it's much heavier and easier to clean. I love the handle/lid material because it's a nice color and not slippery. More like a rubber feel to it. This seems like a good investment. Now my daughter and I can cook eggs much easier than on our All-Clad pans (which are expensive and so finicky to use because everything sticks if you don't get the exact right oil temperature). My husband asked us to stop using the All-Clad pans for eggs because they would stick so badly so I found this great solution.

Very impressed with the quality of these pans plus they look really good. Everything cooks nicely and doesn't stick or burn.
