I have the same feeding tube (French 20) and I called the company number listed and only ordered 3. They are priced separately for $13.00 plus shipping. There is no need to order any more than you need. In my state, I get a new peg about every 3 years. depending on what doctor installs the New Peg it might be different from the pegs here. Please only order 3 or what you will need for travel and accidental damage.Be Safe and keep them clean.
