Excellent small foldaway crate
This small cat cage was chosen to fit a specific area while we have company so it is smaller than I would like but is suited to the circumstances and can contain our guard cat.Pros:1) Small- easy to stow folded and take in a car or set up in a RV or hotel.2) Excellent emergency cage that can be set up in a small space.3) Sets up fairly easily though you need to test out the ideal place to put the ledges and ladders for your cat.4) Has room for a litter pan with easy access from the side door.5) Hammock- Nice idea to show what is possible. ok for small kittens and ferrets maybe? Suggest a heavier duty hammock for cats.6) Bottom pan slides out easily for cleaning.Con:1) Small- not suited to more than one large cat or a few of kittens.2) It is heavy for out of shape or elderly (but anything lighter wouldn’t be safe for containing your cat)3) The wire ladder and ledges could be a hazard for kitten legs and the big cats don’t appreciate them either so you will need to cover them or if you weave in sisal rope you have a built in cat scratcher and make it safe for cat toes and kitten legs.4) The hammock. Forget it. The clips are flimsy and break easily and the stitching is not secure enough for the safety of anything over two pounds! So maybe one sedate ferret or small kitten. The fabric is nice and you might consider re using it for a hammock with new corner tabs and solid hardware. Or use it to cover a ledge where the clips and fabric don’t take the full weight of the cat. But don’t risk your animal’s safety to it without checking it frequently and fixing its deficits.5) If this cage is knocked over and the bottom pan falls inward the animal can escape through large gaps in the bottom wire. If this is a concern you will need to modify with additional wire over the bottom of the cage.

Prepare to be frustrated
Ok ok, I said be prepared to be frustrated because the instructions are deeply inside the cage, and you have to basically figure out how to set up the cage without it! Lol!! The set up doesnt require any tools, you just have to unfold it like a puzzle. There are some joints that you have to connect that help support the structure of the cage and you have to make sure you do it correctly or else the cage could collapse. Once youve figured it out, take a breather and pat yourself on the back. Once you have it set up, you can finally get those instructions that were hard to get to and ball it up and shout whatever expletive you prefer while chucking it into the trash!!! Anyway, nice playpen for our kitty, doesnt take up too much space, and sturdy. I like that it comes with casters to make moving it around easy. Good luck!!

30” is a big crate.
I ordered this crate for our bunny. I assembled it alone using all the tricks and getting pinched in the process. The door hinge on top has an issue when opening because it doesn’t seem aligned to when it was assembled. One of the shelving has a broken leg, not sure if a typo or it was not seen during packaging but lol, I unfortunately got it. I already assembled the crate by the time I noticed it. I reached out to seller who responded several hours later with a solution but I already solved the issue by the time they responded. Zip ties! Plus it made it sturdier and not prone to instability however you’d have to cut the zip ties to rearrange it. There are 3 opening, 2 doors in the front, and one on the side. The opening on the side is the easiest to open so beware. I’d give it a 5/5 if not for one broken piece but 5/5 is for the responsiveness of the seller. Seller is very helpful.

Just what I needed! 😌
The media could not be loaded. Our cat is a rescue from the vet and has a biting problem, so we needed to get him something to stay in most of the time. This was perfect! I thought he wasn’t gonna use the hammock, but he loves it! It also became a little more calm once he had this space of his own. It was easy to assemble, super durable, easy to clean. Definitely worth the price! I would suggest getting a litter box with a top on it tho, he always kicks out his litter.

Works well for our purpose
I bought the 30 inch one for a stray cat our daughter brought home while our old cat adjusts to the new one. It fits our smallI space perfectly. The doors work well and are easy to open. It's sturdy and rolls around well when the wheels are unlocked. It's not too heavy and will be easy to fold up and put away if we don't need it any more. If the cat were going to spend more time in this though I would get the larger one, because the 30 inch is pretty small. However, after I covered the shelves and upper ladder with towels, secured everything with carabineers, and put it in front of a window, it makes an ok place for a cat to hang out for a while. He likes the shelves but hasn't adjusted to the hammock. It was amazingly easy to open up. I had to put a large carabineer at the bottom in front of the tray because he figured out how to slide it around. I also got a small container that I could secure for litter because he started tipping that over. The cat is young and mischievous!! There's just enough space on the bottom for a very small litter tray, food and water. He hangs out on the shelves. He jumps up on them ok, but I did put one ladder between the shelves. I didn't use a shelf up from the floor tray because it took up to too much space, and he doesn't need it. Glad we bought this. It's one way to expose the cats to each other safely. He easily scaled a gate we put up. This is contains the lively cat for a bit so he isn't always shut up in a separate room.

Little Pricey
Already have one and I paid less for it, but it was a year ago. This is very durable and it serve for the purpose. I have an older cat that has bowel problems so confined her to this cage and it has three different levels to move around on and has worked out just right and is great for kittens if you’re fostering. The bottom side door is a plus and the shelves that come with it.
