Just what I needed
I was given the bike trainer from a friend who unfortunately did not have the front wheel block. This was just what I needed to set up my bike for winter riding!

Little on the small side
This is a very durable, strong wheel block that would be much better if it was a little bigger, especially on the length. It does hold my bike up but is a little too easy to knock over as my cats have done. It can be used outside or inside. If you had the bike outside chained to the deck or something similar, the wheel block would keep the wheel from moving. I don't have a kids bike but this wheel block may be better for the smaller kid bikes than full size adult bikes.
