Works perfectly
I installed this in my Jeep Wrangler TJ and it's working perfectly. It connects to my phone immediately and the sound is great. It's upstream of a volume-control module in my setup, so the volume it starts with isn't a problem. I definitely recommend this product.

Works great but tiny wires
I used this to add Bluetooth to my 2003 Chevy Silverado Bose sound system. Spliced the speaker wires into the satellite system in my truck that I don't use. Change radio Input to satellite and hook phone to Bluetooth. Perfect! The includes mic is awesome for hands free calling. I'm super happy with this just make sure you get a good ground so you don't get a squeel/humm. The speaker wires on this are very very tiny. Be careful not to break them. Also use the white wires only to connect to sound system, I'm not sure what the red wires are for in the speaker wires

Great for my fx35 with the factory dvd player
I used this to add a Bluetooth input to my fx35 2004 model. It has a factory rca input for the rear dvd player so I used this and added a 12v outlet plug to the positive and negative wires. It works great and the microphone quality is good too. It connects very quickly when it gets power and there doesn't appear to be any distortion or interference in the audio. I hope it lasts awhile.

Totally works great
Installed into a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 with the factory stereo. It works fantastic. In reference to what someone hears on the other wide when they call you, It's no high definition device for phone calls, but the audio quality is perfectly good enough to hold a conversation without trouble. Music played over the bluetooth is clear and sounds no different than any other bluetooth device I've got.side note: I already had the antenna patch through device. You can't simply hook this up to a factory stereo by itself.

Unit does not turn on
Unit seemed simple enough. Plug the red wire into a 12v power source and the black wire to a ground. It didn't come with instructions, so I assume it should be that easy. Tried it and got nothing. No lights, nothing showing up on my phone to pair, nothing. Tried to contact the manufacturer and Amazon doesn't show any contact information.10/1/22: Used Amazon's return process and got a replacement in 3 days! New one works for a couple of mins but then gets really hot and shuts off. Not really sure what's going on and can't figure out why the unit gets so hot so quickly. This is all on the bench, haven't even got to the point where I can install it in the car.

Sound quality
Works as described and has the perfect I/O for my application. I have this hooked up to the amps that run my car stereo. Works perfect on switched power and Bluetooth connection. Audio quality is ok at best, very flat sound seems to miss the upper and lower frequency bounds, a noticeable downgrade from the module it was replacing, basically makes my 3k sound system sound stock again:(

Bought two - both failed after a short time.
I bought two - one for my sons car we are restoring and my classic truck to connect to the stereo input. The first one failed after a week, so I installed the second one I got for my son since his car is not running yet, and it lasted three weeks. :(

Simple and does its job
Shows up as Jie Rui BT-5908. Soldered in behind my radio to the IGN and GND wires (don't do BAT or you'll find your battery dies very quickly). Mic is reported to sound fine and autoconnects whenever the radio powers up. May just be my phone and some bluetooth devices but this will default to MAX volume until you manually adjust it on your phone. Also noticed some pretty minor audible interference that's beyond the amount of effort required to reduce it. Lets see how long it lasts.

Cuts out with high bass.
I like how it is easy to install and connects back to the last phone it was paired with. Have to disconnect that phone if you want to pair another one to it.I will be getting something different as this one cuts out every time I listen to music with heavy bass. I am not sure why, but it is annoying when listening to music.

Works as advertised
Installed on an older car stereo to add bluetooth functionality via the aux RCA port. Works perfectly and was easy to install. No complaints. Sound quality is excellent.
