Likes: easy to assemble and clean, looks good and cat loves it.Dislikes: filter seal and its quality is noticeably inferior to Cat Mate fountains, there is a seriously tiny flow regulator arm in the the pump unit that when being disassembled to clean can be very easily lost, never take it apart over the sink with running water as it will just go down the drain.Tip: with all animal water fountains use 'Brita' filtered water especially if you are in a hard water area and clean the pump every time you wash the unit and change the water. I change the filters every second water change or about once a week.

My cat loves this fountain! The unit holds up to 2 litres - great if you're leaving the cat home alone for a night or two. As the water is constantly circulating and filtered, it's as if the cat her own tap constantly turned on! The pump is very quiet, and the blue light inside to highlight water level is a nice neon colour. Power is via a USB, so an appropriate adapter is required.The only negative is that you can only get compatible filters from the seller. These are more expensive than filters for other fountains such as the round 'flower' ones, which appear to be widely available from various brands and also cheaper. I wish I'd realised that before buying. However, I'm still very pleased with it.......and so is the cat!

My cat doesn't appear to drink water.I have tried adding some to his food - won't touch it, putting water in a dispenser type thing - not interested, water in a bowl - nope so as it was warming up, I thought I'd try a fountain.So far it has given him entertainment to watch the water bubble on the top and to watch the blue light in the window but not seen him go near it so far, beyond a sniff round when it was first unboxed!Water level is going down but more likely due to evaporation ! Will keep it and see if he gets used to it, or just try to move it to different places.

I got this for my cats who like running water to drink.It was easy to put together.I keep it in my living room so I can see how much my cats are drinking.Its shows the water level so you can see how much is left. If you don't fill this to a certain level then you will hear the motor running and it's not a nice noise. It is very quite and very relaxing for me.I love it and its a taking point when I have visitor's.

It’s good but this is the second one I’ve had to buy in 6 months as the pump packed up (probably due to my hard water area) as I couldn’t get a bespoke pump on its own for this I had to buy a whole new unit. Overall it’s very good, keep it filled up to stop the swishy water noise. My cat uses it everyday so does the job.

Nice water fountain, My cats love it, they prefer the water pooling at the end, that's why I got this type. BUT THIS IS A BIG BUT. YOU CAN NOT GET THE REPLACEMENT FILTERS. I have literally scoured the Internet, amazon ebay, even the furrybaby Web site. Complete nightmares. VERY DIASPOINTED FURRYBABY. Why design something and not do the replacement filter. 🤯😡

Been using this two months for three cats.Best fountain I've found for cleaning; not too many bits or spaces for grime to collect like some other well known others.Nice enough design and light helps at night.Not noisy and very easy to assemble.Replacement filters £8 for pack of 6 which I find reasonable.Most importantly cats like it!

At first I loved this and my cat really enjoyed this product however it has not lasted more than 4 months. I just bought more filters for it and went to change them and found the pump did not work. It has the LED light on so I know it is getting power but the pump is now not going. I never let it run dry and do not understand why this should happen? I really liked this product but this is a real pity. Unfortunately this is the second water fountain I have bought (I got a different make before) and I think as they don't seem to last very long I shall not be wasting my money on them any more. :-( . There doesn't seem to be any warranty with this product so I don't think I can get it fixed.
