This is a very good, high quality treadmill. It took some time to assemble, but works well.

Pretty easy to assemble and it works great, the screen is bright and clear. the motor and the unit are quiet to walk on. My only issue is the recommended pad - it's junk and thin. Get a heavier duty pad, because the unit moves when going up and down the pad scrunches up and never really comes back.

Third Proform treadmill that I have purchased. Good value, but be aware the the aluminum screws don’t all work with the pre-drilled holes. You will need to red till some of the holes. Also, the packaging was poor. Who came up with placing ties creep and frame , below the treadmill itself ? Frame came in cracked, but not worth the effort of trying to return it to Amazon, so used epoxy to repair.

I can't believe this retails for 1700 usd. Luckily I didn't pay that, but this thing isn't worth 500.It came with a busted switch, and to top it off, it does not go into the hole properly. It just feels cheaply made for a 1000+ machine.Contacted proform, we'll see how quickly they respond.Other than that, it's ok and sturdy, incline works well, iFit tablet is clear but a little slow. Hopefully it lasts...

We like the treadmill but after 1 day the elevation function stopped working. After a month of emails and calls, still not resolved. Serpentine belt appears out of alignment, rubbing against tread belt while the tread motor appears to have abraded wires on the elevating servo motor. It's been frustrating trying to get the problem resolved so buyer beware!

You shouldn't have to replace bolts with longer bolts because the manufactured product has a bent piece of metal that can't be straightened, and the bolt provided won't fit because it's not long enough. You shouldn't have to drill into the metal because of misalignment - another manufacture defect. Where is the quality review? Does it exist anymore?I bought this product from Amazon because I could set up a delivery date for my day off. The freight company came at an earlier date, forcing time off from work. Never again Amazon!

My wife had been walking 5-6 miles every morning and she had to start earlier and earlier to avoid people driving their golf carts on the multi-modal path in our community. It got to the point she was walking in the early-morning, pre-dawn darkness and it became a concern for her and for me. We bought this treadmill and put it out on the lanai where we can both use it and not worry about the traffic or the weather. We use it daily and I especially love the fact the angle is adjustable to allow me to jog uphill the entire time

We used the amazon assembly option and I highly reccomend that. Treadmill is perfect for what I was looking for,very sturdy, pretty quiet and has good range of speed and incline. The location of the fan at waist height is not ideal and if I put a water bottle on one of the shelves it rattles terribly, however, I saw those issues in other reviews and everything else about this treadmill makes up for it, especially at this price point. The decline is a big deal for me and to my surprise pretty rare. I like the ifit, but won't be using it past the free trial because it's just a little pricey. Also, the mat we ordered for it came after it was assembled, and I did not find it easy to maneuver so that we could get the mat under it, perhaps with a larger space that would be different, but for us it was definitley a struggle, so get the mat first😁
