This is nothing like the excellent 528 Tuned Pipe from same company. Also difficult to return.
I recommend the much larger 528 Hz "Tuned pipe" from the same company which hangs from strings and has fantastic resonance. This smaller one is fastened to a board. There are strings to prevent it from touching the wood but still it barely goes ting-ting-ting. I asked about returns and they said I would have to pay return shipping to India.

High quality
Has very clear tone but does not last long. They included a rubber mallet which does lower the tone but it does not ring for more than a second or two. Other than that, the chime seems like high quality

Not really like this one...
Maybe I expected a more pleasant sound... like the other ones I own. This one sounds awful.
