I use this powder in my homemade toothpaste. It seems to work well, however I was hoping to heal a cavity which doesn't appear to have gotten any worse but is still there. I will say though, that I do not have any pain from the cavity.

This item was first introduced to me as an alternative to help with digestion and colon cleanse. I had been feeling a bit “heavy” lately and was hoping for a kick start. The bottle suggests using a teaspoon of the powder with salad, juice, smoothie or water. I tried it in some water. Its consistency is a bit gritty and I can see why it would be helpful in a smoothie. Immediately I could feel myself reacting to it, like I was a bit more energized in a sense. The flavor is a strange mix of sour, bitter, and tangy while also have a slight sweetness to it. I’ve read a recommendation suggesting adding lemon to help with the flavor, which helps tremendously. I don’t like that there’s always some powder left over at the bottom of the cup so I’m constantly swirling the water it to try and get it mixed in with the water while I drink. A teaspoon in a glass of water was a bit too much for me, so I’m decreasing the amount of powder I use and plan to gradually increase it. I don’t know if it’s really helping with digestion, but I have noticed my stool to be more buoyant.I received item for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Let me 1st say this product tastes yucky. I’ve been using as instructions direct. I have put smoothies, green tea, black tea, even pomegranate juice to curb that taste. Just been drinking it fast. Now having said that about the taste, this powder works. I’m not all bloated. It doesn’t make me have cramps or diarrhea. It works well for me in a calm smooth manner which I greatly appreciate.

Only been a few days, but seems to be working. Quality packaging. Does taste terrible, but just power it down.

It is triphala.. Be aware the flavor is near unbearable. I have taken many TCM teas with little complaint, but the flavor of this is far beyond nasty. Will try to complete the container but will not purchase in this form again.
