Q: How Many Gram In One Caplets

Each caplet has 500mg of fiber, so that means that you need two caplets for 1gram of fiber. It says on the labels not to exceed 12 caplets a day, so that would max you out at 6grams of methyl cellulose (their fiber source). The powder has 2grams per heaping tablespoon, and they recommend not exceeding 3 of these a day (also 6grams). That being said, this is insoluble fiber only, so you can't compare it with soluble. All fiber is not alike! I take just two tablespoons of the powdered version in the morning (4grams) and that is plenty for me. Hope that helps!
