Nice product. Well made. I work in an operating room and we use this on all our breast reconstruction and mastectomy patients. I recently needed this product and bought based on the number size of my bra. It was a tight but not uncomfortable fit. If used after mastectomy, it may be a better fit. I'm rather short in the torso so it went well over my abdomen which may not be comfortable.Down side of this is that the velcro area is very narrow which does not allow for much adjustment in the fit of the binder.Plus side is that it comes with straps to allow for wearing without it riding down under tops.

I was pleasantly surprised in the hospital that they put this binder on me after my reduction mammoplasty. It is feminine and comfortable and provided enough compression and support that I needed for the week post surgery. I searched on Amazon for another since the one I got became very stained from drainage, but I only need one or two. So I scrubbed at the stained and washed it. They came out of the material. These binders are very well made and do not shift out of place. It helps if the girls are lifted where they should be. I’m not sure I could have worn this prior to surgery. If you need, I highly recommend.
