The product itself is excellent! The middle roll is referred to by this seller as white. The left item is done in natural/ecru cord and the right is done in what I consider white. It’s a little in between but the closest white option I’ve been able to find so far without importing from over seas. (Which is where the White white cord is from)

If you are looking for pure white, this is NOT it. This is closer to the standard natural off white found in most macrame cords. 4mm pure white is difficult to find and unfortunately if that’s what you need this isn’t it. Will be returning.

Good price for a good amount. My one issue is shortly after measuring out some lengths, there were a bunch of knots as if they had to connect two lots of cord. So I had to throw those pieces out. But otherwise I would buy this again for sure.

Just got my order in today, I have not even taken it out of the bag and as you can see for yourself the wood piece is broken!

I received today and still haven’t open and came broken.

Great product but definitely different color than in the picture. They should advertise the accurate color.

The cord was soft and worked well. The price was great. My cat is quite pleased with the product.Colour was not what I expected but I didn’t have time to return and wait for another colour. I ordered yellow but was more of and orange or a mustard colour. I was looking for a yellow closer to my wall colour.
