L'Oreal Paris Collection Star Pure Garnet (Sonam Kapoor) Lipstick, 4.2g

It's a beautiful shade. Absolutely perfect for Indian wheatish skin tones. Thankfully received the original product. The consistency and texture is brilliant, very moisturizing. The only thing which was a turn off, as it is in such lipsticks, it transfers very easily and smudges. Regardless of that, it has a very good staying power. Worth it, if you're not looking for kiss proof per se.

The product that I received was in really bad condition. The seal was tampered, moreover different dates of MFG/PKG on one product is very confusing and raises questions on the authenticity. Worst part you cannot return/replace this product.

The Colour is nice. But it doesn't last long as it claims, even worse - it smudges...I'm person who applies lipstick & forgets about it...I don't like to do touch ups every now and then...if you are also expecting a long lasting lipstick then don't buy this. Revlon has far better products than this at lesser price point. I'm very disappointed, this lipstick is worse than some "not so great brands."

Colour of the bullet looks like usual maroon but when I applied the lipstick lightly with a lipbrush it gave a pinkish plum shade which disappointed me initially as I have a similar shade. But when I applied a thick coat it turns to a beautiful reddish plum shade. Perfect shade for medium complexion. Better use a lip liner with it. And a con is that it has a tendency to smudge along the edges.

M sorry to say that the product is different from the one I got from L'Oreal shop... The shade is different... Won't recommend to buy online... Buy from the L'Oreal counter even though have to pay a little more...
