I’d like to do a small warning to other parents out there about the following product..I bought this thermometer about a month ago.. I thought it looked fab, read the reviews and thought it was the perfect item for me as the youngest hates having her temp checked so thought this was perfect to ease the job and making sure I could keep on top of the girls temperatures should they be ill.... the other day my 1 year old was taken to hospital by ambulance I had constantly been checking her temp and was reassured by my new little gadget that her temp was fine and nothing to worry about.. 36.4/36.2 where the readings I kept getting.Following the mother’s gut instinct as she was worsening I called 111 and they had the paramedics straight out.. upon arrival they checked her temp... 38.8 it was!!! But my gadget didn’t say that... so as i blubbed to the paramedics swearing that I’d been taking her temperature regularly and showing them my gadget they where quite cross that things like this are been sold when they aren’t accurate potentially putting little peoples lives at risk!!Awful product!!!!

It is easy to use, it has three button but you probably only use the last one we switch between measuring body and temperature and the other subject temperatures. check is a body, temperature ensure the body appear when you squeeze the trigger then hold 3-5cm from the forehead and wait for the LCD beep. Then the temperature is displayed just need a second.Also using the AAA battery and rechargeable as well. Really nice product and should have this a long time a go.I will suggested each household should have one of this especially as Covid 19 at the moment.

Unfortunately this did not work for us. Was giving me a reading of 36.6 for my 2 year old daughter when I could tell she was getting a temperature. A dash to the doctor's and her temperature was 38.5! I've now brought an ear thermometer, which is all lot more expensive but worth it!

I got restaurant and takeaway business. I use this to monitor my staff temperature when they come In to work. Quick delivery, reasonable price and Very easy to use.

It is NOT for taking temperature by ear as described by Amazon. It is not worth the money either , it is a piece of rubbish. I am so disappointed with this item and with Amazon , I have bought a lot of things from Amazon this will change. I will now stick to books and small items, not important things I need, especially health things I need . ( Disappointed customer)

Found it extremely easy to use and have tried more expensive models and found this works just as well. Has been very useful in this pandemic for checking temperatures before seeing elderly family members etc. It has an internal log so you can keep a track too. Would highly recommend!

This is quick and easy to use. It’s also more hygienic than a thermometer that needs to be inserted into the mouth as you don’t need to worry about disinfecting it between family members. A great buy.
