Sifa Carpet Hand Made Soft Fluffy Shag Area Rectangular Rugs With 2 Inch Thickness (4X6 Feet Blue)

It was a beautiful, thick carpet. It made our hall come alive. There was a error in size at first, but Sifa Carpet's after sales promptly corrected it and they themselves ensured we get the right size after return.Cut to 2 months later. Carpet still looks good but there is a white powder falling all the time that messes up the whole house. White sand like. Its the sheet backing the carpet thats disintegrating.There is no solution but to discard the carpet.

Product is not at all nice. Looks very cheap and while booking it was return 10 days return policy and free pick up and after receiving now they are not picking up and saying you have to send by yourself.

Loved the carpet! Really adds a lot of warmth in my room. It was delivered on time in excellent condition and was exactly as described.I have two cats who always manage to take out threads from regular dhurries and carpets, but they haven't managed to damage this one at all.

The carpet is of extremely fine quality and looks exactly as seen in the pictures if not better. The seller was also very courteous, we initially had ordered thee wrong size and since there was only the option of return it was our responsibility to ship product back to seller to get our refund. But the seller after being informed swiftly arranged for the pickup of the smaller carpet as well as the sent us a corresponding replacement of the perfect size. Thus for the all future buyers out there go for it.

I got a different design than what i order for, however this review is for the quality of the carpet. The thickness is as advertised and i loved the softness of the carpet. The seller also contacted me to get a feedback on the Product and shared instructions for maintaining the carpet.Note: Please be mindful that in case of return or exchange, the onus is on the consumer to return, there isnt any amazon/seller pickup provided.

The dimensions are not accurate and the carpet is small by 2 inches on both the sides. On requesting for return they are asking to courier this heavy thing. Disappointed....

I am writing this review after a week. First I would like to thank you Sifa Carpet for their availability and giving best consumer experience. Initially I got a different color of carpet by mistake but they were approachable and so humble. They not only replaced it but also gave discount on other carpet. I really appreciate their efforts and the level they go for customer satisfaction.About the Product - Product is awesome, same as what you see in images. There is no difference. Quality is good. Easy to clean. Thank you!!

Very good quality and best value for money.Only took longer time for receiving the carpet.When I enquired regarding the delay, company staff promptly replied that the delay was bcoz, each carpet was manufactured from Banaras only after receiving the order
