Be careful buying this product. I purchased in March, and found that it works well and has a somewhat noticeable effect on my skin. However, the charging cord stopped working. I have written to the company three times via email and through facebook as they advise with no response. So I guess I'll have to throw away a $150 product, as I'm past the return window.UPDATE: customer service contacted me, shipping new part. Here's hoping it works!

I will continue to use this product before I send it back, but I have not noticed any difference to my face since beginning its use. I took a before picture and have compared and there is no visible change. The mask is heavy and doesn't quite fit my face but I still wanted to try it since it could cover the majority of what I need improved. I am 50+ and have a few red marks and large pores on my face. I realize it could take some time to work, so I will keep it until I am sure it is not doing anything.

I ordered red goggles from Amazon for my eyelid / crows feet area and the lights are so much brighter and closer together. The idea of an entire face and neck is awesome but it’s so big…. Not as bright as I was hoping for.

have used it couple times the led mask seems well built, i did 15 mins per session I like the idea of the portable machine but the strap doesnt seem to work. I like the remote that comes with it and the different settings that i could choose from, it was a little tricky to put the wire together with the remote since i didnt see it the instruction, It Would really be helful to add some ilustration, but overall I think this is a good addition for at home skincare regimen. And another thing its really bright and I ended up adding more padding to my eye just for extra protection.

I am hopeful this light face mask will help with my skin issues like mild acne. I like that there are different light settings and that there is a neck piece. Will give updates after i have used this for a month.

I got this off of a recommendation. I just started using it so I haven’t seen results yet. Not super comfortable but will give it a chance!

Super easy to use and not to heavy on the face! I love that it has a part to cover the neck area because I want to also work on the elasticity of my neck. It has a lot of LED wich cover the whole face perfectly. The price is not bad compared to other products in the market!

I’ve been interested in something to help my sensitive skin with redness. I got this and have been using the light blue and yellow options every other day for ten minutes each. The mask and lights have not irritated my skin, and i already don’t need quite as much foundation coverage which is great. The mask is actually more comfortable than you’d expect, so I’d recommend taking a chance on it!
