I was very impressed with this machine, lots of programs to choose from and you can also tweak one or two of them to suit you.Unfortunately things started to go wrong, and the machine came up with a fault saying the water reservoir was full. It wasn't. I had an engineer from amazon come to fix it, and it was the little water pump acting up, and not pumping the water up to the reservoir. He messed about with it for an hour. It seemed to be fixed, but the same problem started again within a week. So I sent it back for a refund..

Have had for a week now and have to say its so much better than my old condenser that died. Have used several of the programmes now (Duvet, Jeans, Sport, Shirts, Mixed and Cottons) and they all work brilliantly. The way it automatically adjusts the drying time based on its moisture sensors is fab. Its very quiet, feels well made and dries clothes without cooking them like my old machine did. Also has easy to clean filters. Highly recommended.

Bought for a family of 4 (with two toddlers). Can handle 1.5 to 2 washing machine loads of clothes at once. Typically takes about 2 hours for a cycle. Easy to use and maintain (2 fluff filters to clean and the water tray to empty after each load). Doesn't overheat the clothes. Has a child lock that stops the kids messing up the drying cycles. Fits under an average height kitchen / utility room worktop.

Noisy but good.

It dries your washing not like the one I got rid of, it's quiet and really easy to use. A great buy.

much quieter than my last condenser machine, doesn't scorch the clothes, but does dry them quite quickly. i have only used it three times but am very happy with the purchase.

It works really well.
