Cracked first time in the oven. Contacted seller, no response. Would not buy again.

Terrible quality. Broke after second use and following explicit instructions on allowing to cool before washing every time. I even waited overnight to be sure it was cool to the touch. I baked a pork chop at 450F took the pan out and set it on a room temperature dry towel and the pan immediately cracked into multiple pieces. Contacted customer service and they never responded. Terrible. Looking elsewhere for ceramic bakeware.**UPDATE**American bakeware sent a replacement, no questions asked, but was damaged on arrival. They promptly sent a replacement for that, but was a hassle to be down a bake pan for so long. My original review was one star, but to be fair, they did replace the broken pans. I really like the product and they do cook great meals in my oven when they are not broken.

We have used the pan a couple of times this week and it is working perfect. Just as well as the Pampered Chef pans. The only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish this large pan was just a little longer, it is really more of a "medium". Great for smaller families, but there are 6 of us, I need to fit a lot of tater tots on a pan. :-). I think I may need need to by another pan. I think two will fit in my oven if I turn them. I have attached a picture of just one. My oven is very "standard".

I haven't used this yet, but I wish I had realized that the large size offered is only about half the size of a traditional jelly roll pan. I have a large family and am fairly sure that this pan will not be as useful as the one it's meant to replace. It would probably be useful for smaller families or for singles.Also, it has a rough texture - much different than the stones I've been using for decades. I may just have to track down a Pampered Chef consultant and stick to purchasing my stoneware from PC.

in my opinion this large is equivalent to a small size pan in any other brand. Not happy with the size

We have had one of these for years and recently dropped it. Needless to say, it broke. So we purchased this one to replace it. We use this all the time. It's fantastic for cooking bacon in the oven. Love the way it comes out. Also cooks vegetables nicely. If you want some nice crispy potato slices, this is your pan. Makes a great pizza too.

This is a good quality stoneware. I broke my pampered chef baking sheet due to misuse and decided to try this brand. It is not as large, a big disappointment. It is expensive, so will have to do for now.
