isotonerMen's Open Back Slipper with Memory Foam and Indoor/Outdoor Sole

These replaced a similar pair of old Isotoners that the plastic sole cracked. I only wear these in the house. We have that LTV flooring and unfortunately we have a lot of sand in our neighborhood and a shoe change is required. These have traction wedges on soles and will collect sand and debris in the grooves so I have to check them after I leave “boot room”. I preferred the smooth soles of my old ones where it was easy to wipe with the floor mat. They are very comfortable and do have good traction on our floors. I just have to make sure I not wearing sandpaper shoes.

The slippers are good and comfortable, but I am unsure what country the sizing comes from. I got a pair that were 11-12 and I wear 11.5 wide. Those were too small. I got a replacement pair that were 13-14 and they fit. Two things I do not understand about them were 1) why put a slight edge on the back that inevitable gets mashed down? and 2) why were the 13-14 I bought in a supermarket locally (Anchorage Alaska Fred Meyer) without the edge and wider than the same 13-14 I just got from Amazon? They were priced 10 bucks cheaper than my local place, so no complaints here.

The slippers are great. They are just what I wanted.

This slipper is comfortable to wear and fits well. My only negative is that the sole is fairly hard and is somewhat noisy when you walk on a hard floor. My family can certainly hear you approaching!

Bought for my Dad who has problems with his feet, he loved them & wears them indoors & out, super comfy & great price.

good looking and good value

The one caveat is the size, bought the 11-12 and my size 10 1/2-11 foot barely fits the length.Very warm toe. Seems like a durable sole.The hard sole will alert others that you are up and about.

Good shoes. Fit nice.

Disappointed. The insole memory foam lost it’s memory quite fast. Now they are quite flat with no support and absolutely very uncomfortable. The product itself should be rated 0 stars, but being purchased thru Amazon who are there for customer satisfaction. So 5 stars to Amazon.Fortunately I can return them to Amazon for a full refund and afterwards I will shop for a different typeof slippers that do not have any memory foam.

UPDATE: NovemberBought these slippers in September. The stitching holding the sole to the slipper on the left foot has broken and now the sole is falling off. Combined with the poor memory foam and these slippers are a waste of money.Original ReviewThis is a common complaint I have about memory foam - after a few days, it is pancaked down and offers no cushioning. These are the most comfortable slippers I have ever had. I had to buy men's slippers to get this quality, as I can't find these features in a women's slipper, so they just plain dark slippers, but look ok. The feel makes up for what they lack in beauty. The men's sizing gives a much wider width, which is invaluable if your feet swell. The cooling gell means your feet don't sweat, and they really don't, ever!! Non slip grip and comfy memory foam soles make them perfect. Can't say enough good about these slippers, except I'd like them in a feminine colours!

My husband loves his new slippers! Very soft, comfortable and easy to slip on and off. I rated less arch support because really how much arch support is in slippers! Lol Very good quality and good sole. He will be happy with these for quite some time I hope :)

Not as high end as expected. Had a size issue with XL (13-14) as it did not fit hubby’s size 13 foot at all. Had to give to my son who is size 11 so watch sizing. I feel there are better quality slippers than these in this price range.
