Was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of this Yoga wheel. It was a little bigger than expected, but for the price, the quality is absolutely top notch! Definitely going to last for years and a must have for those who want a little extra for their daily practice. Comes with a lovely brochure that shows what poses you can use the wheel for too. 100% recommend!

I LOVE this yoga wheel! It is perfect for opening up your shoulders and back muscles! When people come over they always want to try it out.I had back pain in my lower back for over a week and after using this wheel it went away!! Just Buy It!!

It definitely cracked my back! I wish it was a little softer on my spine, but it’s worth the cracks and stretch that you get and I’m not sure how they could get around that issue anyhow.
