Smooth Fine point Pen, Great for Sketchbooks work
I was looking for a fine point black pen to take with me for sketchbook work as I travel. This pen exceeded my expectations for flowing, quick sketches, hatch marks, even tangle art. I like that it is a narrow or fine line. The only downside is that the ink is not waterproof or barely water resistant. To add color I stay with dry medium.

Really great pens
These are by far my favorite pens, I've ordered them before and I plan on continuing to do so. Super fine point, and they write really well as long as the surface isn't too hard (sometimes they don't write well with just one sheet in between something hard like stone, for example, however that's just the price you pay for a .38mm ball).Highly recommend you get these. I originally got them for writing equations and circuits (since you could add really small details with them) but now I use them for everything.

Very nice
they came a bit later than expected but it's all good. The price was pretty cheap for the 3 of these.I do think that these have a bit of a rough feel. they glide across the page amazingly don't get me wrong. They just have this feeling to them that it's actually a ball that is rotating. If you're doing something like journaling or something where you have papers underneath to dampen the ball, it will be essentially perfect. just be aware that writing a loose leaf will make it feel a bit rough. With that being said they are just great

Great pen, nice ink....
These pens in the .38 are great for writing in places where the words will be small . I have very small handwriting and I use these pens in my journal writing and it helps my handwriting to be more legible. The ink flows great and is dark. Nice pen, nice price!

Great pen, received a pen that looks a little different from the photo.
I am a pen snob with a B.F.A., and have been turning into a snob, slowly, over the last 15 years. The pen in the photo advertising this pen shows Japanese writing on the top end of the pen cap. The pens I got do not have that, and read "uniball Signo DX 0.38". If that sounds like I am being picky, fine, I just told you I am a pen snob. I wanted to see the Japanese writing on the pen cap to reassure me that these were indeed a genuine Japanese product. My money- my complaint.

My New Go-To Pen! Fine line, minimum bleed through.
I heard about these in a Seth Godin blog post that mentioned products that people choose that are a cut above and worth paying a little more or doing the research to locate. This pen is simply the best I’ve found for writing in my Steno journal as it puts down a clean, thin line and there is minimum bleed through (as I write on both sides of the page). Look forward to using them in pen and ink drawing as well. They make a white version too, though that line is much thicker.

The best gel pen
Very comfortable to write. But just like any gel pen, won’t write smooth if dropped.

Good precision pens
I’m a fan of Japanese made writing instruments. The precision and smoothness is unmatched.

SUPREME
These are my absolute favourite pens. I have been using them for the last ten years - all throughout my Masters and PhD. I love how fine the point is and they're reliable with ink. And the fact that you can get them in a variety of colours just makes them ideal.

Best fine line pen
Love all Uniball sign opens. I use the .38For very fine lines and the broad tip for mark making . One of the best I have found!

Scratchy
I ordered the 0.38 and Received the next size down. 0.29 I believe. It’s pretty scratchy in my opinion, so it’s not fun to write with. But I’m happy with the end result of how my writing looks on planners.I probably would like the 0.38 better, but I cannot tell you. I won’t buy from the seller komainudo next time.
