You get what you pay for
Delayed product. Poor communication (Amazon does not even show it ever shipped or I received it). I cancelled the order because of the delay and a week later the shutters were delivered by UPS. The shutters have no back, so they tend to warp, hence the need for lots of screws. (Through Amazon they come with two types of screws) They look fine from a distance, but I would not buy again. They are cheap, look cheap, but duh, they are vinyl. A plus is that they are made in the USA.

I spent over 600.00 on shutters. I received a broken one and the company pretty much told me to bad to sad. I waited to long to let them know. My advise open the box inspect as soon as you receive the. What am I going to do with 1 broken shutter. Can't buy just one. Had I know they where not a stand up company I would never of given them another penny. The other shutter look very nice!!

Nice look
Shutters are great added look to my house. They resemble wood grain and give it a country look. They are made of heavy plastic. Easy to install however there are no predrilled holes. I would purchase these again. Only had them up for a couple of months so far.

Make sure of the color because they will not respond if you want to exchange for a different color. Light, flimsy plastic but kinda look like woodgrain from far away.

DONT BUY THIS!
The shutters look good from a distance. But once DONT BUY THIS... when you are close, they look cheap plastic. We didn’t like them at all and we requested refund but they take 20% of the final price and in addition you assume the shipping cost to return. We are so disappointed that even by assuming the shipping cost that is BTW is 100 USD 😱.... yes 100 USD... crazy!! We don’t want them...

Beautiful
I bought two pairs of these and i absolutely love them! So easy to install in the existing holes from the previous shutters. They are not pre-drilled so you will have to do some measuring but its worth it for the price.
