I had to return one as it had a US plug so was not usable I reordered thinking it was just a mistake New one arrived with US plug again Do not order this product as you will have the inconvenience of having to arrange a refund then have item picked up for return . Just unacceptable that this is being advertised- I think it may now have been discontinued on Amazon
