I bought this for my three year old for Christmas after we bought the m&s Christmas biscuit tin with light projector and he absolutely loved it but drove me mad having to wind it up over and over again. This is so simple to use, my 3 year old has figured it out in no time at all, the lights are nice and bright and I love the choice of sea or stars theme!It is lovely and calming and I quite like it doesn’t have any music options, just the lights, colour, rotation and picture options is enough to be calming.It’s great that it has a cable for a mains plug if needed but can also use batteries making it nice and easy to place anywhere in the room.My one and only criticism would be the sea animals on the top part of the dome are a little weird looking with rough shapes and big eyes making them a tad creepy. Unlike the turtle, octopus and whale on the side which are lovely, Not creepy enough to not still adore the item which is an absolute bargain but if I could change one thing it would be that.

Both my kids have had similar products to these since they were little, and still use them now (9&6) as a little bit of light for falling asleep. Their original ones have unfortunately started failing in the past months (red light no longer works, rotation doesn't work anymore more - but lasted a good 4 years ago I was very happy with them).This projector has 2 interchangeable patterns that you can swap between (sea creatures and space). It's very easy to swap between the two.One thing that I miss about their old projector was that it had a timer, so I could set it to 30 minutes and then it would switch off - this one starts on until you turn it off manually. But this is my own fault as I should have read the description properly to realise there was no timer function.All in all a great purchase

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this. After seeing the price I wasn't expecting anything amazing. But it's the complete opposite. My 4 week old is so alert and kept watching to fall asleep from her Moses basket. As you can see from the video, my living room is massive but it casts the light all around and very well!! Amazing for the price, easy to use, not to noisy, really really great product in my opinion! 👌🏻 5 stars all around from me! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Absolutely love this! I wasn’t sure if it was going to be any good with it being on the cheaper side however it is amazing! it works great exactly how it says, it’s colourful, rotates. My only complaint is both my patterns were the same where as other people said they got different but it’s not affecting the product at all. It does make a noise like some comments said however it isn’t loud at all. It comes with a USB lead for the lamp and instructions. does take batteries too but not included. AMAZING my son js obsessed

Updating review to say - completely broken! Won't charge at all. Waste of money. I'll leave my original review below also :Charger broke after 2 weeks, & can't find another one as it's not USB to type c, it's dv.5...No longer rotates (maybe because I can only use it with batteries now)The colours are bright, the pattern is nice.THERE IS NO SOUND (bought another one similar a year ago, & it plays lullaby music, be aware this one does not)It's OK, but I wouldn't buy again.

My son loved this when we first put it on for him, however after a couple of uses it stopped spinning and we had to wiggle it to make it go again, for it to stop a few minutes later. Luckily he still looks at the light so we didn't want to return it but it is a shame. Also, it's not majorly bright so it works best in a very dark room.
