I used this to hang a para cord and handle to make it easier for my Mom to reposition and get out of bed. When mounting into the truss stud it make a very sturdy hanger.

Great anchor, well built, small form factor
This anchor is perfect for my needs. I don't have a suitable door jam for my TRX Pro and I don't want one of the large double hoop anchors designed for ropes etc. that most mount to ceilings.This anchor is well built, and small! I have it mounted to an exposed beam in my basement and it is absolutely robust. I do not worry about it whatsoever after using it. Good product.

A sturdy mount for a punching bag
Used this to hang a small (50 pound) punching back from joists in my basement. Works exactly as it needed to! Hardware included was all I needed.

Sturdy Anchor
So I would have given this anchor 5 stars but I bought this to anchor my battleropes. It is my fault for not checking the diameter of the securing loop because it is way too small for my 1 1/2 inch thick battleropes to thread through. Maybe a jumping rope but that’s it. Other than that it’s a very durable and sturdy anchor for other applications.

Wood lag screws are useless
The plate and loop look sturdy enough, I have yet to mount it due to the useless lag screws for mounting in wood. The threads don't go to the tip of the screw like normal lags. This causes the lag to just spin in the wood without biting even in a pre drilled hole. Now I will have to go purchase proper lags... I would not purchase again.
