I absolutely love attachments for my kitchenaid. I have a couple other pasta maker attachments that I love but I really wanted one that made wider noodles. This one is perfect! I didn't think I'd use the spaghetti maker because I have another attachments that I use for regular spaghetti noodles. The spaghetti maker side of this attachment makes thin spaghetti noodles and I love it! I use an extruded pasta recipe which lends itself well to different flavor modifications and this attachment handles it all without any problem. It cleans up easy and seems to be built very sturdy. Overall, I'm thrilled with it.

Finally getting the hang of it. Making home made pasta is so delicious and very easy to make. This attachment works beautifully and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bought it to make fresh pasta, and well it works relatively well given its price. I will note that I found some of the cons mentioned in other reviews to be true:-The edge of the pasta sheet does not cut cleanly and tears at times-All of the pieces are quite a pain to clean considering they cannot be washed and must be brushed-At times pasta can get stuck inside of the blades while cutting, making the cleanup and the need for a pick of some sort ever more important to unclog itUltimately it was a budget solution. I didn't expect perfect quality. It made good pasta and I will continue to casually use it for the time being.

I attended a class/demo for this attachment and the women at the store made it look so easy, but I wasn't sold at the class, so I came home and started researching because well that's what I do and I've made pasta many times before (old school by hand and with a hand crank) and thought no it can't be this simple, well it is. I'll be honest there is a learning curve the first time you use it, but once you find your groove it is that easy. This attaches to the KitchenAid very easily with no issues and stays secure, the pasta dough rolled out nice and thin and then we switched the attachment and cut it, perfection, and there are different widths for the pasta so you may like yours thick or I could have even gone thinner, very versatile. Some reviewers found this hard to clean, I had no issues, cleaned quickly. Honestly once you taste homemade pasta you will never want to buy it in a box again, seriously the taste is creamy and smooth and it cooks fast, make sure water is boiling, then drop your pasta and done in about 3-4 minutes. Next up for us is experimenting with different ingredients/flours for pasta and homemade lasagna, I am so excited, I have the feeling homemade lasagna noodles are going to take that dish to a whole other level.

I haven't used mine yet but did use my daughters and had to buy for myself.. Best noodles I have had.

It works perfectly! It fits my old kitchen aid artisan mixer so easy. The first thing I tried were cannoli shell dough and it handled it with ease. I love it. Don't hesitate to purchase. It's heavy and well made.

Super easy to use and works like a charm.
