okay, my review will be in reverse opposite of what it's supposed to do. I know this product works because of the side effects that I'm having. I noticed that I started having diarrhea and those are side effects from having too much magnesium in your system. so because of the side effects this is a very quality supplement and I know it works because I have too much of it
