Not stainless & rust after first hand wash & carefully hand drying.
The cutters are relatively think in comparison to most.But the claim that they are stainless steel is false.A magnet will pick them up with ease.They also rust after the first handwash & carefully hand drying them.The folded metal lip holds water & there's no way to get it out.So expect rusting immediately after first hand wash & drying.

Great shapes! Takes some practice to make it look just right.
