This litter scoop has slightly wider open slots then an a scoop for regular clumping litter. It works well with 'Okocat' Wood Litter pellets. Lets the pellets fall thru the slots easier when sifting the litter.

Scooping pelleted cat litter has always been an issue because of the scoop not releasing the unused pellets. One prominent company that sells pine pellet litter had the perfect scoop but it was expensive so I just went back to clay. One cat has developed an allergy to the dust so back to pellets. I was ready to buy the expensive scoop and found this one. It's affordable and it works fabulously. I love that it clips to the side of the litter box. It is lighter weight plastic so I have to be careful scraping 0if there's stuff stuck to the side of the litter box.

While I wish this were metal, I bought it to help us transition to pellet litter as we have 5 cats and it's cheaper and lighter. The scoop won my wife's heart as it performs well and she was able to clean and sift so much faster and with only the needed waste going in the trash bag.

I was looking to replace my original scooper with one best for pellets and this one does a fantastic job plus it hangs by the litter box!

I love the way this hangs on the edge of my cat liter box, I have a high rimmed box so it doesn't touch the ground when I hang it on the edge. I love that I can just grab it off the edge of my litter box, scoop, and put it right back on the edge.

Great for pine pellet litter. The scoop has a hook on the handle that is convenient.

We switched from clay to wood pellet litter. This is the perfect tool for clean the litter box.

We bought this litter scoop because we were looking for one that allows us to "scoop the poop" and leave the litter pellets behind. We use wood pellet litter (SO much better than clay litter!) and this scoop makes it even easier to clean the litter boxes.The handle could be a bit longer, and it feels a little flimsy, but it works very well, and it has a hole in the handle so we can hang it on the wall beside the litter box.If you use wood pellet litter, you'll like it.

It's perfect for the paper based litter I use. The scoops I had had too small slots to be able to separate the litter from the cat leavings. I have a permanently bad back and a longer, stronger handle would make me bend less. Being plastic, extending the handle with the same material would likely break sooner than later, so a stronger material would be needed. I don't mind paying more if it means I don't have to buy it again.

I switched to pallet litter just to keep my house a little cleaner and it works great but my regular scoop wasn't able to sift the pellets. This scoop works great it's quite durable and I have no complaints other than it is kind of small. I haven't found anything else that works so I highly recommend it if you have bigger or pellet litter.

Works well but is way too expensive for what you're getting. Should be $4-5
