Surprised at how effective. Our solid is very sandy and this is really helps my plants from drying out. Couldn’t be more pleased with this product.

The media could not be loaded.  I used this for both my indoor and outdoor plants. Keeps soil moist but not wet. Slowly releases the moisture to make it easy to water plants and not overwater. Has saved me time and wasted money on plants.

Great stuff! Would prefer the larger crystals, but this is fine. It says to put in soil dry, be very,very cautious because 6 TBS. make over 2 gals. I put it in water first, added soil & fertilizer, then equal part soil. Works grit. To start cuttings.

I use this when I have to pull a toilet out. Kill water to toilet, flush to remove tank water. Sprinkle some of this in there and give it a smoke break. Come back and remove the toilet with no water going all over from the water that is contained in the p-trap. When you reinstall the toilet and turn the water on it will rinse all those crystals down with one flush and Pete's your aunt. Don't need but maybe an ounce of it, so a bag goes a long way.

Definitely holds moisture, but make sure not to use too much as it swells amazingly.
