We have these all over the house. Works well with floor lamps where the controls are actually on the cord on the floor. Saves you from bending to the floor or spending 10 minutes trying to use the slider with your foot to turn the light off. Especially useful for older folks.

My old switches were too big but these fit side by side right down my power strip. I can easily shut off some devices like the printer to save power and leave my computer on. I can set up a fan or a desk lamp and turn them on from the strip. And I have a great working bluetooth device that won't stop automatically pairing and interfering with other devices. Now I can shut it off with unplugging it. Mine are rated for 1800 watts so I can easily use them for my 800 watt heater.Often it is more convenient to turn on a device from the strip.The price is good, too.Shipped promptly and as described.I wish someone would come out with different colors. I'd like a nice amber.

I use this for a touch lamp that the touch part quit working. When I wanted to use it I would have to plug it in then unplug when I was done. That was a real pain but I really like the lamp. Now I can just flip the switch.

rather than plugging and unplugging the Holiday Lights all season long we plugged them in once and switched them off and on... much easier and safer

No entiendo por que un aparato viene de fabrica sin un boton de encendido y apagado. Tengo varios en casa que debo conectar y desconectar todos los dias, y al verdad estaba ya harto de eso. Este apagador es solido, muy bien cosntruido y lo unco que tienes que hacer es colocarlo en el tomacorriente. Con un solo click enciendes y apagas tus aparatos, y la luz que tiene te indica si lo dejaste activo, para que de ese modo puedas tomar la precaucion de apagar tus aparatos si no los estas usando. Definitivamente indispensable en el hogar.

Es el adaptador interruptor perfecto para no conectar y desconectar los dispositivos.

Lo utilizo para unas lámparas sin switch, son muy útiles.
